My overall experience was mixed. I orderd a birthday gift for my partner. As their birthday was in April in the 90s, I selected April and the corresponding day of that month and continued to select the correct year. I eventually ordered this poster without triple checking the date. Seeing that it was incorrect once I ordered it, I contacted their aftersales customer service and they told me the item had already shipped (I ordered 2-3 days delivery). However, they did offer me a 90% discount on my next item to compensate for the mistake, which was lovely. I tried the dates setting again and found that you cannot select a future month unless you adjust the date to the past, which is why I made the mistake in the first place. I ordered the poster oncemore and got contacted by customer service again. They followed up with me to make sure that everything was looking correct and eventually placed the order.
All in all a beautiful product and a very nice customer service which got in contact with me within a business day.
Unfortunately the poster has a few folds in in, which happened during transit, however it takes nothing away of the service that was provided by OSM.
