How quick is the shipping?
You can choose your shipping method - Standard delivery time is 7 - 10 business days, Email delivery time is only 5 minutes (you receive only printable file), FedEx Express and TNT Express delivery time is 2 - 3 business days. For more information click here.
Is shipping free?
Only if you choose Standard delivery (7 - 10 business days) or Email delivery (5 minutes).
Where can I track my order?
If you selected FedEx Express shipping for your order, you can track it here. If you selected TNT Express shipping for your order, you can track it here. If you selected Standard shipping, you can track your delivery using your local post tracking website. Please contact us if you have not received any tracking number or experiencing issues in tracking the package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
What to do if I made a mistake when entering the data?
You should immediately send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and information about what data should be corrected. If order is not yet dispatched, we can manage to implement the corrections.
Can I cancel my order if I haven't received it yet?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment you placed it. After time period of 24 hours you should contact us and find out weather the package has been already shipped. In some cases cancellation might still take place.
